A: Providing customers with a consistent, strong message that creates loyalty/return customers. Ensuring that the customer has a good experience both in appearance of the shop and services received. Creating return customers through a high level of performance, trust and branding. Communication Graphics understands the importance of producing a high-quality product and customer experience. It’s key to earning customer loyalty.
Q: How have you seen your customers’ and/or their employees’ expectations change over the years?
A: Customers expect more for their dollar. The economy has hit the lube industry hard, and customers are expecting the highest level of service for less money. That being said, this makes it that much more important that you are creating a loyal customer through your branding and providing a memorable, positive customer experience at every turn. Understanding customer needs and expectations is important to the success of fast lube operators.
