We are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with each custom order. We understand the importance of getting your custom products just right. If there is a defect with your order, we are committed to making it right.
Because all orders are custom printed and can not be resold or reused for another purpose, we do not allow returns for a refund. For products that are considered defective (print does not match proof or material defects), we will reprint your order after confirming the issue. We can not reprint or refund your order because you ordered the wrong item, or incorrect size, or were unhappy with the product (assuming it was printed correctly).
The adhesive on our sticker products are designed for specific surfaces and we can not guarantee the stickers will stick to all surfaces. Sample stickers are available upon request and should be tested for adhesion for your application.
To begin a reprint request, submit the order # along with a photo and description of the issue to hello@comgraphx.com within 30 days of receipt of the product. After confirming the issue, we will reprint the defective parts.
- All reprint requests must be submitted in writing to hello@comgraphx.com, along with a picture and description of the issue.
- Reprint requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- We may request the defective parts be returned and received before shipping the replacement order.
